Translation:
With good fortune. The citizens of Olbia granted (ἔδωκαν) to Chairigenes of Mesembria son of Metrodoros himself and his descendants (αὐτῶι καὶ ἐκγόνοις) proxeny, citizenship, freedom from taxation on all the goods (ἀτέλειαν πάντων χρημάτων) he himself or his children or his brothers, with whom he shares his paternal possessions (οἷς κοινὰ τὰ πατρῶια), or his slaves may import or export (ὧν ἂν αὐτὸς εἰσάγηι ἢ ἐξάγηι ἢ παῖδες ἢ ἀδελφοὶ < - - - > ἢ θεράπων), and the right to sail in and sail out (καὶ εἴσπλουν καὶ ἔκπλουν) in peace and in war inviolably and without a truce (ἀσυλὲ καὶ ἀσπονδέ).
