Translation:
In the archonship of Polyzelos the poletai Polyeuctus of Lamptrae, Deinias of Erchia, Theaeus of Paeania, Theotimus of Phrearrhii, Aristogenes of Iphistiadae, Glaucon of Lakiadae, Kephisocles of Piraeus, and Nicocles of Anaphlystus, to whom Exekestos of Kothokidae was secretary (οἷς Ἐξήκεστος Κοθωκίδης ἐγραμμάτευεν), sold the following (τάδε ἀπέδοντο), having taken them over from the Eleven – Phaeax of Aphidna and his fellow magistrates (παραλαβόντες παρὰ τῶν ἕνδεκα Φαίακος Ἀφιδναίο καὶ συναρχόντων).
At the beginning of Mounichion, on the 10th (Μονιχιῶνος δεκάτηι ἱσταμένο), Theomnestus son of Deisitheos of Ionidae registered as public property (ἀπέγραψεν ... δημοσίαν εἶναι) the house of Theosebes son of Theophilus of Xypete at Alopeke, of which the neighbours (οἰκίαν ... ᾗ γείτων) are, on the north (βορρᾶ), the road leading to the sanctuary of Daedalus and the sanctuary of Daedalus (ἡ ὁδὸς ἡ ἐς τὸ Δαιδάλειον φέρουσα καὶ τὸ Δαιδάλειον), and, on the south (νοτόθεν), Philippus of Agryle, having Theosebes been convicted of theft of sacred property (ἁλόντος Θεοσέβος ἱεροσυλίας) and having not awaited judgement (καὶ οὐχ ὑπομείναντος τὴν κρίσιν). The amount (is) larger than the money pledeged as security by Smikythus, that is 150 drachmas (ὅσωι πλείονος ἀξία ἢ ὑπόκειται Σμικύθωι Τειθρασίωι: Η𐅄 : δραχμῶν). Witnesses to the registration (κλητῆρ(ες)): Diogeiton of Alopeke and Philoetius of Ionidae.
Kichonides son of Diogeiton of Gargettus and the group (κοινόν) of the phrateres of the Medontidae put in a prior claim (ἐνεπησκήψατο) that there was a debt of 100 drachmas to himself and the members of the phratry on the house at Alopeke (ἐνοφείλεσθαι ἑαυτῶι καὶ τοῖς φράτερσι ἐν τῆι οἰκίαι τῆι Ἀλωπεκῆσι Η δραχμάς) which Theomnestus of Ionidae registered as public property, on the grounds that it was the property of Theosebes of Xypete of which the neighbours were on the north, the road leading to the sanctuary of Daedalus and the sanctuary of Daedalus, and, on the south, Philippus of Agryle, «Theophilos of Xypete, the father of Theosebes, having sold on condition of release this house (ἀποδομένο ... τὴν οἰκίαν ταύτην) to me and to the members of the phratry». It was decided that the debt was owed (ἔδοξεν ἐνοφείλεσθαι).
Isarchus son of Philo of Xypete claims a debt of 30 drachmas owing to him on the house at Alopeke (ἀμφισβητεῖ ἐνοφείλεσθαι ἑαυτῶι ἐν τῆι οἰκίαι τῆι Ἀλωπεκῆσι) that Theomnestus son of Deisitheus of Ionidae registered as public property, «since I buried (θάψαντος ἐμ) Theophilus, to whom the house belonged ( ἦν ἡ οἰκία), and the wife of Theophilus». It was decided that the debt was owed.
Aeschines of Melite and the group (κοινόν) of orgeones put in a prior claim (ἐνεπεσκήψαντο) on the house that Theomnestus of Ionidae registered as public property that a debt was owing to them of 24 drachmas, «since we bought this house on condition of release from Theophilus for this money (πριαμένων ἡμῶν τὴν οἰκίαν ταύτην παρὰ Θεοφίλου τούτο τοῦ ἀργυρίο ἐπὶ λύσει)». It was decided that the debt was owed.

Of this the city has the fifth part (τούτο ... τὸ πέμπτον μέρος ἔχει ἡ πόλις) as deposit (τὴν προκαταβολήν) along with the sales tax and herald’s fee (καὶ τὰ ἐπώνια καὶ τὰ κηρύκεια), and Smicythus of Teithras has the 150 drachmas.
